Sealing Prayers for Prayer Warriors

It took a personal encounter for me to realize the importance of prayers for protection before ministering as part of the Intercessory ministry. This is crucial, as we are dealing not only with the physical but especially the spiritual dimension. I will share my story of that “personal encounter” at some other time, and I will only share these recommended sealing prayers for protection.

Daily Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Dear Holy Spirit, I place myself under your total power, guidance and control.
I surrender to you my intellect, my talent, my will, and my entire self.
Hover over me as you did at the Baptism of Jesus.
May I be filled with the Holy Spirit and with love!

May the Spirit of the Lord be stirred within me
So that I may be God’s chosen instrument
To touch the heart of every soul and to lead them to the Lord, their God.
Empower me to discern. Enable me to do and to complete the work
To which I have been called during my earthly life.

Spirit of the Living God, fall abundantly upon me.
Mold me, use me, lead me, and guide me.
Transform me to become more like Christ. Amen.

Prayer for Protection

(To be also prayed in the morning daily before getting out of bed, before prayer meeting, and as necessary)

Lord Jesus, I ask you to protect my family (mention names)
from sickness, from all harm, and from accidents. If any of us
has been subjected to any curses, hexes, or spells, I declare these curses, hexes, or
spells null and void in the name of Jesus Christ.

If any evil spirits have been sent against us, I decommission you
in the name of Jesus Christ and I send you to Jesus to deal with
as he will. Then, Lord, I ask you to send your holy angels to
guard and protect all of us. Amen.

Prayer to Take Authority

(To be prayed after Protection Prayer)

In the name of Jesus, I take authority and I bind all powers
and forces in the air, in the ground, in the water, in the
underground, in the netherworld, in nature, and in fire.

Jesus, you are the Lord of the entire universe and I give you
glory for your creation. In your name, Lord Jesus, I bind
all the demonic forces that have come against us and our
families and I seal all of us in the protection of your precious
blood that was shed for us on the cross.

Mary, our Mother, we seek your protection and intercession with
the Sacred Heart of Jesus for us and our families and surround
us with your mantle of love to discourage the enemy.

Saint Michael and our guardian angels, come defend us and our
families in the battle against all the evil ones that roam the earth.

In the name of Jesus, I bind and command all powers and forces
of evil to depart right now away from us, from our homes, and
our lands. And we thank you, Lord Jesus, for you are a faithful and
compassionate God. Amen

Armor of God

Lord God, I humbly ask, and I put on the armor which you have given me. I stand my
ground and shield myself with the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the
belt of truth, the shoes of readiness to announce the good news of peace, the sword of the
Word of God which the Spirit gives me, and the shield of faith. Help me to use it well and
to use it wisely. O Lord, please protect and defend me. In Jesus’ name and through Mama Mary.
Amen.

Blinding Prayer

Most gracious Virgin Mary, you who would crush the head of the serpent, protect us from th­­­e vengeance of the evil one. We offer our prayers, supplications, sufferings, and good works to you so that you may purify them, sanctify them and present them to your Son as a perfect offering. May this offering be given so that the demons that influence us/could influence us do not know the source of the expulsion and blindness. Blind them so they know not our good works. Blind them so that they know not on whom to take vengeance. Blind them so that they may receive the just sentence for their works. Cover us with the precious blood of your Son so that we may enjoy the protection which flows from his passion and death. We ask this through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Psalm 91 God our Protector

Whoever goes to the Lord for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty, can say to him, “You are my defender and protector. You are my God; in you I trust.”

He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases. He will cover you with his wings; you will be safe in his care; his faithfulness will protect and defend you. You need not fear any dangers at night or sudden attacks during the day or the plagues that strike in the dark or the evils that kill in daylight.

A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousand all around you, but you will not be harmed. You will look and see how the wicked are punished. You have made the Lord your defender, the Most High your protector, and so no disaster will strike you, no violence will come near your home.

God will put his angels in charge of you to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands to keep you from hurting your feet on the stones. You will trample down lions and snakes, fierce lions and poisonous snakes.

God says, “I will save those who love me and will protect those who acknowledge me as Lord. When they call to me, I will answer them; when they are in trouble, I will be with them. I will rescue them and honor them. I will reward them with long life; I will save them.”

Perimeter Prayer

Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, in your love and mercy, I ask you to establish a perimeter of your love and protection around us, those who pray for us, and all of our loved ones and all of our possessions, including our house, our pets, our cars, our computers, our mobile phones and gadgets, our internet connections, our phone lines, gas lines, water pipes, sewer pipes and electrical lines.

May the holy angels guard us, rendering us immune to any kind of demonic influence. I ask that no demonic bondage, door, portron, demonic entity, portal, astral projection, or disembodied human spirit may enter this space of 100 yards in all directions.  

I ask that any demons that are here or should try to come, be immediately rendered deaf, dumb, and blind; that you would strip them of all weapons, illusions, armor, power, and authority; that you would bind them, rebuke them, and disable them from communicating or interacting in any way. Remove them, sending them directly to the foot of your Cross.

Jesus, Son of the Most High, I ask this in your glorious and most holy name.

Amen.  

Cutting/Breaking of Unholy Ties

In the Name of Jesus, and with the Sword of the Spirit, I break any unholy ties, links, and bondages between (me/name of person) and all evil sources and spirits, people, places, and objects, (especially – name if possible). (Repeat paragraph 3x)

And I command all spirits associated with these unholy ties, links, and bondages to go immediately and directly to the foot of the Cross.

O Most Holy Trinity, enter into empty spaces left by these spirits and fill (me/name of person) with your presence, love, and protection. Please do not allow these spirits to return.

Cleansing Prayer

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, by the power of the precious blood of your Son, come upon us right now. Purify us and wash us clean with the blood of Jesus from the top
of our heads to the soles of our feet. Let this blood penetrate up to the very marrow of our bones
to cleanse us from any entanglement from whatever spirit we have come in contact with during the course of our intercession. Anoint us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and refresh our body, soul, and
spirit. And may the sign of your holy cross drive away all evil spirits from us. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen!
